I WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT

Return Policy

To return a product, your product must remain in its original condition and package (unworn, unwashed, all tags attached). Products marked as FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. If a FINAL SALE item is returned without authorization you will not be refunded.

Return window

You can return item(s) bought on www.malbertstore.com within 30 business days, starting from the day you receive your goods.

Return methods

You can return your product free of charge with USPS.

Return fees

Returns are complimentary limited to one per order, additional returns will be at your own expense. As a reminder, Products marked as FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

Refunds

Please allow 8-10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Return a product online

Go to the « My Profile » section of the website, go to « My orders » then click on « Return a product » in the appropriate order line.
Please click on the return box for the item(s) you wish to return. Then for each item specify the quantity and reason for return.
Please choose between Refund, Store Credit and then click on the validate button.
Remove the prepaid USPS label from the original packing slip you received, and adhere to the outside of the package. Include the original packing slip in the box.
Drop-off your package to the USPS drop-off point of your choice (find the closest location on USPS.com).

For orders placed in guest mode, you can make your return by contacting Customer Care with the product information you would like to return. Customer Care can be reached by emailing [email protected].

Exchanges

Exchanges can only be processed if the order was placed while logged into an account. If you would like to process an exchange, please reach out to [email protected] with your order number and the desired size that you would like to exchange for. Orders placed in guest mode cannot be exchanged. You may return for a full refund and place a new order for the desired item.
